Darkened Lobby

i was told this is possibly a bug. Ever since the update all the survivors are darkened in my lobby, almost like they are shadows. Sometimes one other person is highlighted or I am if I play survivor. It looks like Bill here is lit up like a Christmas tree while everyone else is hiding in the shadows. Also the dark outlines of the survivors varies. Sometimes they are only slightly darkened other times they are like shadows, barely able to make out what survivor they are much less what they are wearing. I’m a PS4 player and so far it seems I’m the only one experiencing this.
