Cannot create a 4 man party

Platform: Steam/Windows Store Cross Play

Issue: 4th player cannot join party even though there is only 3 people in the lobby.

3 of us are on Windows Store, 1 on Steam. Tried swapping out the Steam player for an Xbox and PS4 accounts and it doesn't seem to let the 4th player join.

I even redownloaded the game on the Windows Store so there were 4 of us on the same platform but the exact same error message is showed when trying to join as the 4th party member.

This has been ever since the new killer update, have not been able to create 4 man lobbies since.
