Patch note fix still there -immune to being hit in gate

I have just played a game (after reading patch notes that mentioned a fix was made as some survivors couldn't be hit in gate -i had never seen it). I was Vs Blight who chased me into gate, he missed me so i thought ok I'll stand here and get hit twice so the other person could get unhook. He couldn't hit me, then he started rushing me repeatedly from very close and still couldn't hit me. So I think the bug is still there. I'm on switch and took a clip.
