If you self-unhook too close to stage 2, it automatically puts you on your death hook.

Continuing in the beta test, this is a new bug I've experienced. I got myself off of the unhook--which requires you to be stage 1, only to come off of the hook on my death hook. That hasn't happened in any other instances of unhooking myself, and I wasn't using Deliverance or Slippery Meat, either.
