Matchmaking Filters -- We need them

So ya, I'm a solo queue person. Here's the problem whenever I play DbD:

As a Survivor:

-> Cross-play enabled: Get teamed up with noobs that die in the first 30 seconds, rage quit, or otherwise do not know how to play the game.

-> Cross-play disabled: Get placed against top-tier, sweaty PC Killers (i.e. Nurses, Blights, Spirits) that solely play to ruin the Survivors' experience (i.e. Slug all survivors, camp from first hook to sacrifice, tunnel specific survivors so they can't play the game, etc.)

As a Killer:

-> Cross-play enabled: Get placed against survivors that can't escape the Killer (by looping, avoiding detection, blinding, etc.)

-> Cross-play disabled: Get placed against a SWF group that try there best to ruin the Killer's game by communicating and relaying my movements (really frustrating when they only thing you have going on is Stealth [i.e. Michael Myers], such as "Its this Killer", "I'm at X location away from you, keep repairing you're totally safe", "Hop in this Locker and stun the Killer as I go by", etc.) T-bagging after ever pallet stun, rapidly clicking flashlights to annoy, and everyone's favorite: the post-game chat where the Survivors insult, harass, and complain to you about your performance as the Killer.

Long-story short: This game is terribly mismanaged and needs to start cleansing the toxic community. Implement filters to search for games against people that want to have fun and those who use every underhanded method, exploit, or otherwise only run the top-tier options to ruin the game. Start permanently banning people for harassing others in chat and playing to ruin the other players' game.
