Question about teachable perks

let's assume i want to get a perk which is learned at level 40, however I don't want the teachable perks at level 30/35. When i keep levelling up my character, and i hit the new milestone, will i still be offered the new perk? Will they enter a bucket where they could randomly & without pattern, appear on the bloodweb, or will i be forced to buy the lower levelled teachables before i can get my hands on the higher one?

    I think you must buy the lower ones first. In each web there can be only 1 teachable perk so unless you did not buy the previous one it will not get the new one.

    U can avoid buy the teachable perks you don't want and just buy the one in level 40 😀 , the problem is the others teachable perks continuously appears in your bloodweb until u get it.

    You could get unlucky and be forced to buy a teachable you don’t want, but theoretically it should be possible to only get the lvl 40 teachable!
