How come every single realm is somewhere in the countryside and none in the big city? (We don't count licenses)

The All Kill chapter was the PERFECT opportunity for a neon Seoul city map and they totally blew that opportunity. We didn't even get a map rework.....

Luckily the dbd twitter guy said that they are not ruling out a All kill themed map for the future.
