I looking for suggestions for perks that somewhat synergize together but fail miserably because of whatever reason to submit monkey's paw challenges (No Mither + Self Care do not synergize). Example:

OoO + Distortion: Track the killer's aura while being untrackable, runs out in 30 seconds.

ANy suggestions?

    you get endurance every time you get up, but you have no mither, so no one slugs you
