if someone could call playstation support and let them know about RuinCore it would be major helpful
They are not going to respond to someone else asking about someone's ban. That's not going to work.
They are going to ask for verification info, and you don't want to give that info to a third party to relay it for you.
your right it just im so eager to find out if i can appeal for a suspension lift or find out the status. i don't wanna lose my account man

No one here can help you, you'll have to contact them and ask them what to do.
You'll need proof that their ban was done in error though, they are not going to remove it just because you ask.
