Balanced landing fix
So the rules of BL when falling from a great height gain a speed boost and no stun now i want to focus on the stun you see what they changed it to when have the exhaustion on you lose a tiny bit of stun because BL can activate randomly just by falling and now it's useless your stuck with being stunned and such so what if they changed it so when your exhausted you have 25% less on a stun time when falling from a great height

pre-nerf BL turned many places into infinites.
ATM BL is bad bc in some maps it's almost impossible to activate.
