Can't play with friends (Social Media Features)

Hey guys,

I bought the game 3 months ago and wasn't able to play it with friends since then. The support didn't answer me, as I stated that I tried everything.

Server Connection Error: Some Social Media Features are not working, I think this is a known problem but there is no answet i can find.

So what I did:

Reinstall the game, new Switch friendcode, port forwarding my switch, change download location to SD and intern SD and back.

3 months man, I just got scammed at this point
