Game Resolution Tied to Windows Scaling

Having your windows scaling setting above 100 will make the game render at a blurry lower resolution as it is affected by the scaling.

Launch the game and note how it looks.

Go to Windows Settings > Display > Scale and Layout and turn the scale to 200 or higher. (It is more noticeable the higher you put it)

Launch the game and notice how blurry and pixilated it looks.

This also affects the UI and everything else. In order to play the game (ESPECIALLY with the strong AA) and be able to see I need to change my scaling from my normal 125 to 100 every time.
