Unhooking survivors

When you unhook a survivor you body phase clip through them, if a killer attacks they will always hit the person being unhooked.

This kinda forces you to tunnel a bit, or eat a BT you shouldn't have to.

Sometimes it does it visually and you hit a different person, either way it's clunky as hell and needs to be fixed please.

I assumed this had been reported already since it literally does it like 100% of the time now but I didn't see a thread on it so I made one.

    I’ve had a problem where if I unhook and stop or get hit the hooked person slides across the screen even though they are still hooked. It’s creepy and funny at the same time
