Second wind healing requirement
I was looking up some older posts about SW and what builds to use it with and some of the replies said that if you heal a full health state with another survivor, you only get partial credit towards SW. But in my games I feel like I've definitely co-oped a heal and still got full credit, so did they change this or am I misremembering my games?

Yep, you only get partial credit. If you fully heal a survivor with the assistance of another survivor, you will get half the progression.
to activate SW you have to heal for 16 seconds (without debuffs) if your healing in co-op you goes 2x faster so you get only a half of it
