OG Survivor Bubba Faces Unattainable

Normally to unlock the faces of the four original survivors, you need to get 25 sacrifices of that survivor as the Cannibal. I recently set out to do this, but after a while, I noticed none of them had become unlocked yet. I started a counter of Megs and Claudettes (as they are some of the most common), and after counting 25 sacrifices, it's become apparent that they don't become unlocked.
