I SMILE WHEN I SEE A NEA WITH A FLASHLIGHT!
When I see a nea with a flashlight, its one of those moments where you go, this person will either be super annoying, or more commonly will be over altruistic and get downed by doing so. Its even better if there in an (I love you guys so much BFF, give me a hug) swf because you know they will do anything for the flashlight save. I dont even know why I made this discussion. Im bored.
