"unknown error" when playing at a party

i play on steam, and whenever im trying to play with friends i ready up and they too, but doesnt show for me as if they were ready, after a few seconds i get kicked from the lobby with the "unknown error" message (it happens when im trying to play solo queue as well) i cant play with friends and even solo queue is hard to play, it does not happen very often on the killer side of things, but on the survivor side it happens all the time and i cant play the game as a survivor basically
