Twins - could not pick up dead survivor at exit

fogdonkey

Survivor had Victor attached and was standing right at the exit, but couldn't leave because Victor was attached. I downed the survivor with Charlotte, the survivor couldn't leave for a few more seconds because of this, but still I could not pick the survivor up. The "pick up survivor" option never came up. I was pressing spacebar, but nothing.
