-2 Pips when should've been a Safety pip

Escaped a match, should've Safety pipped but instead lost 2 pips. Is not a visual bug. This has been an issue for some time now where I am losing pips when I should safety or even gain a pip. I am on ps4 with crossplay off.

Steps to recreate

1. Play public match as survivor

2. Perform actions that would have you safety pip or earn a pip

3. End game will show emblems and progress bar that would be safety pip/+1 pip but instead it will say rank progress -2/-1 and you will lose those pips.
