Forced DC on killer

I just want to go 1 match on pc today with killer, found a match, my ping was fine.

After finding the first survivor, I've downed her and she started to crawl insanely fast, I still managed to catch up to her but during the grabbing animation she just disappeared and I got stuck in the animation. Half a minute later I got send back to the game loading screen and got a disconnect error. I restarted the game, it loaded without any problem and on the top of that I have lost 2 pip and with it a rank.

I would say it was my internet, but internet issues doesn't make the survivors crawl at a ludicrous speed.

Also I was playing with ghostface, on the Badham Preschool map. Sadly i couldn't make a screenshot for some reason.
