There should be a survivor perk that gives you 1 token for being in chase with killer every 5/4/3 seconds and have each token last 1/1.5/2 seconds and increase gen speed by 3 or 5% max tokens could be 10, so for running killer around for 30 seconds you'll get 10 tokens meaning you'll have 3% extra gen doing speed for 20 seconds

I think it could promote a more active gameplay mixing being chased and gen doing.
