PC - can't move after downing survivor

Basically what the title says. I was playing wraith, doing some stupid hex build and I got 3/4 survivors hooked. I hit the last guy (who was already injured) and as soon as he went down I got stuck. I tried cloaking and uncloaking but that didn't do anything. Only after he crawled back to be I was able to pick him up and get unstuck.
