Why do you actually have to level up characters on the PTB?

Shouldn't the point of the PTB be to test things? I mean, not that many people bother to test anything outside of the new stuff leaving us with unexpected shenanigans to discover once it goes live but, still.

The PTB should work like a custom match: all perks and items unlocked at highest level, just to make testing easier.

    I dunno about that, but you should get like 1 mil bloodpoints or something on PTB log in.

    still. it's rather counterproductive to the idea of testing to not just have a ptb where you have all three tiers of perks available right away etc.
