NO OPEN-HANDED BUFF STILL?!
This change was announced 2 months ago in the january update. It was supposed to be released in 4.5.x patches, and yet the most recent PTB lacks this buff as well.
Come on, 16 meters Open-handed should not be something difficult to program.
