Since not Default Nurse got change what other Killers should get there Default Changed?
If you have multiple pick the one that you want them to be changed the most.
My top 3 are Hag,Doctor,& Trapper in that Order.
-Hag to me looks boring like a Gray Stick
-Doctor looks Face looks bad(& not scary) & the rest of him seems a bit boring
-Trapper looks like super cliche killer
