Unable to be picked up by wall in Operating Theatre

On PC, I was playing in Treatment Theatre map and was downed by the survivor, falling up against the wall in the operating room. The killer was unable to pick me up even though it looked like he should have. Survivor had to crawl away from the wall in order to be picked up. Only happened once but could possibly happen again.
