What do you do in a match with a cheater?

I dont mean the reporting after the match. I mean when you play the match and you see that one survivor is cheating. Do you quickly finish the gens or let the killer kill you? Today i got a cheater in my team and i tried to bodyblock him, but i think its useless, when he could just instaheal when he wants. So is the best way just to start the EGC as quickly as possible? What do you do?

    I’ve only had a cheating killer but if I was in that situation I would let them kill me unless I have a challenge. Not like I need the extra bp anyway
