PC Survivor Stuck In Spectate post 4.5.1 Patch

Step 1 : Boot the game - Steam version with cross play enabled

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match (looted 3/6 chests for tome challenge)

Step 3 : Gens done, open gate, exit via gate

Step 4 : hit spectate, get stuck (video link below)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Character played - Claudette
• Perks played - Adren / Bond / Urban / Iron Will
• Map - Grim Pantry
• Frequency of the issue - Once I usually don't spectate
