Visual Bug with the Nurses Withering Soul cosmetic

basically after equipping the Withering Soul body on her, the smoke effect on her arms transfers over to other cosmetics aswell.

dunno how its ingame, havent tested it yet.

it goes away when you switch to another killer and then back at her though.
