Stuck in midair on Blood Lodge/Autohaven Wreckers

Description of the issue: On Blood Lodge in the Autohaven Wreckers realm, the hole in the top floor of the cabin can sometimes make survivors get stuck when falling. I encountered this as The Legion when chasing a Kate Denson. I went up the steps to find her stuck in midair. Attacking her downed her and caused her to fall all the way to the floor.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Just try to fall through the hole on the top floor of the Blood Lodge on the Autohaven Wreckers map. I don't know how often this happens.
