Silent Billy Build
Addon: Apex muffler + leafy mash
Perks: Trail of torment, furtive chase, monitor and abuse, dark devotion
A build I made for shits and giggles revolving around the apex muffler. Though I'm still not sure if the undetectable status effect will work with it. Thoughts?
