Bear Trap Glitch

Is anyone else in console getting a glitch where you are trying to disarm a trap say near a window, the prompt comes up to disarm, but instead your character vaults and then get caught in the trap. It just happened to me, I got downed, and I was so pissed I immediately DC’d. I’m not going to continue a match where that glitch is going to constantly happen every time I disarm a trap.

edit: this also isn’t the first time I’ve encountered a glitch with the bear claw. Here’s a video of my previous encounter with the glitch
