Rift not leveling up - resetting instead.

When playing a game and getting exp towards Rift - once the bar fills it is simply resetting instead of leveling up. I'm unsure if this is affecting non-PC users as the only people who've had this issue that I've spoken to are PC players.

Step 1 : Boot the game on PC.

Step 2 : Play a match.

Step 3 : Finish match and gain enough experience to level up in first

Step 4 : Notice the game does not award you level.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Character played: Huntress

Perks played: Iron grasp, Huntress Lullaby, spies from the shadows, Thrill of the hunt

Map : Dead Dawg Saloon

Frequency of the issue: Unsure, but I played at least four games and did not level up.
