Not sure if this helps with the DC

I keep my status open while playing now to prove that I did not lose internet connection. Still getting random DC's, USA PC. Any updates on your side when this problem will be addressed? Any thoughts on lessening the penalties all your fine upstanding players are getting? 24 hour bans seem excessive for something we have no control over. I think 15 minutes tops should keep people from DCing and also not overly punish the good players until you get this sorted out.
