Is anybody else having problems with the pips not actually adding up?? I've been stuck on rank 9 with 3 pips and it says I earned a pip, but the pip doesn't actually pop up as the fourth one. Please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing this.

I lost 3 pips in one game. And gained 4 in another. This ######### is all ######### up.
