Stuck in spectating screen
Platform: PC
Description of the issue: I went to spectate a match after escaping, could not view anyone, and could not leave that screen. I had to alt-tab and close my game through the taskbar.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Spectate after escaping or dying as a survivor, and see if you can leave that screen.
How often does this occur: First time for me.
