Why do the sounds of groans disappear (a few of my observations)

I know that many of the injured survivors do not moan, and they have a legal "Iron Will" without the presence of the perk itself. I watched a little at what moments it occurs. Relevant for 4.4.2 patch.

  • After self-unhooking, moaning sounds disappear for many survivors.
  • After being injured, if the survivor immediately drops the pallet or jumps over it.
