Does Sloppy Butcher and Hemorrhage stack? I want to use Sloppy Butcher+Pig Add-on (Hemo)
I'd like to know if survivors bleed more severly/frequently or is it the same effect?

Nope, they don´t stack.

Yep it's the same effect. Status effects used to stack but that was changed.
