Shrine Perks not showing on Bloodweb

Playing on PC via Steam.

I went an bought Stridor from the shrine for the challenge and went through three bloodwebs on my mainkiller without the perk showing up.

Can't tell if it's similar on survivor side, don't have enough shards to test.

    Buying a perk from the shrine doesn't guarantee it'll appear in the bloodweb immediately, only that it has a chance of being selected randomly from the pool you have unlocked.

    All other perks are maxed out, so it should appear IIRC

    In that case, yeah it should. I've heard of this happening to multiple people though unfortunately.
