Stuck in carry motion

Platform: PC

Issue: Was stuck carrying a survivor, couldn't hook or perform any actions.

How:

1. Was playing nurse.
2. Map was Suffocation Pit
3. Blinked and grabbed a survivor during pallet vault animation
4. Couldn't hook them or perform any other actions
5. Got a pallet thrown on my face which let the survivor free but still had me stuck in carry
6. Couldn't blink or lunge either

How Often:

Happened this once. Can't test it myself so no idea.
