Do I need to do every single challenge to complete the tome?

I am fairly new so I don't have all survivors or killers perks, and I would rather not spend money on new characters (I have no shards). So I was wondering if I had to complete every single archive challenge to complete the rift. Thank you!

    No you don’t need to

    if you just want to ‚complete‘ the 4 tome levels, you just gotta do the challenges in a chain until the end node.

    if you want to get everything out of the rift you have to reach 70, which needs many rift fragments. You get those with every challenge but also normally while playing (but at a very slow rate)
