Id like for new survivors to be more stereotypical

The pariahs and Zarina are cool. They all look like they could be leading roles in a b horror flick. I don't dislike them but im just not crazy about them either.

Where is my 80s nerd. Where is my Redneck, my drag queen, my Bimbo, my goth!

These wide archetypes are not limiting to character, drag queens and rednecks are not one dimensional people, they are not wholey defined by that one label. But visually it instantly gives the character personality and makes them stand out as memorable. Why not open it up even more like we have with killers?

An outlaw that rhode with slinger, a Samurai slain by Oni, a monk or cultist who crossed paths with blight. And on that note i don't really understand why all the survivors are good people. David and Ace are roguish, but would never be painted as a villain in a story.

Everything gameplay wise aside the killers have always been so diverse, from all walks of life and mythologies from all kinds of time periods. I just don't feel like that kind of creativity is being expressed in the survivors. And i realize its kind of weird asking for more stereotypical characters in order for them to be creative but the creativity comes from how you fill that archetype out, making them more than just that one thing but even if they failed and the worst you end up with an empty archetype that will still be more interesting boring....im not a big fan of Elodie.
