I drop 6 points due to rank bug

The rank bug is so annoying. No matter what points i got. At the end is -1 point. How can I still play DBD when the result is always deranking. I drop from rank 2 with 2 points to rank 3 with 1 points. Ignoring the hitboxes and insane connection problem. Fix the damn ranking bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can DBD not firing their technician when they did should a disappointing job.

I am not going to play dbd untill they fix this annoying bug.
