Currently its bugged and all tiers have very wonky odds of working.
It'll get fixed soon i'm sure.
apparently the devour hope thing is still broken too despite being "fixed" we shall see.
Today I noticed too, that sometimes, I just don't get any devour tokens, although like > 50 m away from the hook... this patch is so busted...
