  • Step two is updating us further on what is being done or at least a gauge of what to expect or possibly when- even if it's not too specific. If you can't say anything, then that means you are not doing anything, if something is being done you should have something to share at the mid way point.
  • Step three is actually implementing said solutions in a timely manner.
