Third Seal stacks disappear

When using Hex: Third Seal and Hex: Undying, any current stacks on Third Seal will disappear once either hex totem is cleansed, despite the recent Undying changes. The stacks will be regained whenever you hit someone. This has occurred 100% of the games that I've used the combo.
