PC - I Got stuck in the temple of purgation
I was playing with oni on the map when I got stuck in the corner of one of the stairs in main building. I tried using his dash to get unstuck and it worked but after several times.
survivors were nice.

it just happen to me as well i did some testing and it happens to every killer and dosent affect survivors at all i also tried multiple things to get out including, downing and trying to pick up survivors putting a reverse bear tap on someone and have survivors wiggle off and nothing gets you out
Wish I scrolled further down I too have this bug.
