Spectate bug - unable to leave match
On PC, having just escaped a game I clicked spectate but at almost the same time, the other remaining survivors escaped, ending the game. This left me in a ending screen mash up of the running away animation, the survivor portraits and the endgame collapse timer with only one button to leave, which was non-functional. I've attached a video of the screen as the endgame collapse timer expires and even then, I cannot leave meaning I have to close the game. This is the first time I have experienced it.
