PS5 players - screen resolution bug?

Hey are any other PS5 players having an issue where since the update the game loads as if it's the PS4 version? Graphics are about 2x size and it's a lower resolution?

I've double checked I'm loading the PS5 game version etc. And it looks the same as if I load the PS4 version.

Thanks
