Strange Glitch/Survivor glued to me

Xbox One (using crossplay)

Playing as Killer

Went to stab but grabbed as dwight tried to enter a locker

Unable to Hook also unable to smash pallets or kick gens or pick up other survivors. My lunge reverted back to Tier 1 distance, When EGC timer ran out it did the usual death animation but while i was holding the survivor.

Played as myers

Used Surveillance, Chilli, Undying, Ruin.
